Financial Regulations
The Parish Council is responsible in law for ensuring that its financial management is adequate and effective and that it has a sound system of financial controls in place. Â The Parish Council Financial Regulations are designed to demonstrate how the Parish Council meets these responsibilities. Freedom of Information Publication Scheme
The Parish Council complies with the requirements of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 through its Publication Scheme which sets out details of Parish Council activities and recorded information that members of the public are entitled to have access to by formal request to the Parish Clerk.
Where a member of the public seeks to obtain a copy of information included in the Parish Council publication scheme, the Parish Council may set reasonable charges for this as set out in the document. Costs may include photocopying costs, postage (where incurred) and the Parish Clerk time.
Complaints Procedure
The Parish Council complaints procedure sets out how the Parish Council will manage an expression of dissatisfaction by one or more members of the public about the Parish Council action, or lack of action, or the standard of a service delivered. Â The complaint may relate to an action or a service provided by the Parish Council itself or by a person or body acting on it’s behalf.

Privacy Policy
The Privacy Policy informs you about the information the Parish Council collects from the residents of the Parish and other members of the general public who may contact the Parish Council. Parish Councils are required by law to advise who they are, how and why they use data, and the rights people have over their data.
